As I have been permitted to be a member of the club, I assume all risks associated with club activities and club membership regarding any risk of injury or damage i may suffer as a club member in club activities, including any foreseeable and unforeseen risks in the activities of the club in order to protect the club and its responsible persons or contractors from any claim by my family, my heirs or my property and procedures that could be initiated as a result of my membership in the club. By signing, I declare that I exclude the GO DIVING Diving Club and their responsible persons from any responsibility and assume all risks associated with the courses and activities of the club and club membership, regarding any danger, injury, damage or death that would may suffer from negligence.
